Saint Spyridon’s chapel is situated in the “shadow” of the Holy Monastery of Stavrovouni, approximately 1,400 meters southeast of the village square of Pyrga Larnaka. It is perched on a small hill overlooking the town and a considerable portion of the Stavrovouni forest. It is a Byzantine-style cross-shaped church with a dome. The cross vaults are adorned with tiles in the style of the Byzantine empire and form arched arches. The exterior is constructed with stone and concrete bricks. The bell tower atop the corner formed by the western and northern walls is made of soft, chipped stone. It has a bell and is composed of two levels atop the roof.
